02.Create and review quotation & Reply

We provide customers with a quotation after analyze customers' requests considersing the necessary tasks, material costs, and estimated time required.

03.Purchasing & Receiving raw materials

Once receiving quotation approval from the customer, we order the necessary raw materials. The selection of suppliers is based on price, quality, and delivery time. Upon arrival of the raw materials, we inspect the quantity and quality through the receiving process.

04.Receiving Inspection

The arrived raw materials are thoroughly inspected by the quality control team. This step is crucial as it affects the final quality of the product, ensuring all materials conform to specifications.

05.Production

Once all raw materials have passed inspection, the production process begins. The production process is conducted with priority on efficiency, quality, and safety.

06.Product Test

Completed products undergo thorough testing by the quality assurance team. This is done to ensure that the products comply with all relevant standards and regulations and meet customers' requirements.

07.Production Delivery

Products that successfully passed all product test and quality verification procedures are ultimately delivered to the customers.
