To secure competitiveness in cost, quality, and delivery through production innovation, which is a core capability of manufacturing, IT-Chem has developed and implemented the POI (Process Operation Innovation) System, a customized order-to-production-to-shipment process system unique to IT-Chem's manufacturing plants. After implementing the POI system, customers receive unique IDs for real-time monitoring of process status and product history management. Through thorough cost, quality, and delivery management enabled by this system, we aim to maximize sales by gaining customer trust.
